Next, Probiotics Streptococcus thermophilus that can produce the lactase enzyme, it can prevent lactose intolerance.

Then there is another type known as probiotics Leuconostoc. This one is widely used in food processing.

There is also probiotic Saccharomyces boulardii. It is a probiotic from a fungus. This type is widely used to prevent and treat diarrhea. Also can treat acne and reduce side effects of treatment of gastric inflammation caused by Helicobacter pylori bacteria types.

Probiotics that are contained in foods and supplements considered safe in general. Foods that contain probiotics, such as yogurt and kefir (a product of fermented milk containing good the bacteria and fungi).

In addition, probiotics can be contained in some foods and drinks such as cereal, chocolate bars, biscuits and juices. It's just hard to get a guaranteed number of probiotics that are able to meet the necessary requirements.
