Besides these foods, foods that contain a lot of sugars fructose, such as leeks, whole grains, apples, pears, and processed foods, can also lead to bloating in some people. In addition, milk or dairy products can also trigger the producing gas if the person who has lactose intolerance or milk protein. For pregnant women who need more calcium, you can overcome milk intolerance by eating lactose-free milk or soy milk fortified with calcium. You can also take calcium supplements to meet the calcium needs.

After avoiding some foods that can trigger bloating in your stomach, try to change the way you eat. When you are eating, either a great meal or just a snack, try to do while sitting. This will prevent the stomach experiencing shortness or squashed. In addition, try to eat a little. Because if you eat too much or start eating after your stomach is empty several hours, then the food could potentially aggravate heartburn because it takes a long time to digest.
